For The Sake Of Your Child You Must Not Be A Suffering Mother

To be a suffering mother is to fall victim to oneself. They are women who do not know how to get out of their suffering or separate love from the most deplorable of pains.
For the sake of your child, you must not be a suffering mother

Are you a suffering mother? Does your child have a disability or something else that affects you mentally? Do you constantly worry about tomorrow for various reasons? For the sake of your child, you can not suffer, regardless of the circumstances or the cause. Suffering is not love, and everything that has to do with the child must be done with the most platonic love that exists.

For the sake of your child, you must learn to be encouraging, funny, positive… but never too tame or submissive to your suffering.

Not all women know how to shoulder the role of mother. Many people believe that love for a child is to take care of it and suffer over what may happen tomorrow.

Women who feel sorry for their children because of physical or mental characteristics, or who are plagued by financial needs and frustrated by unattainable desires, hurt their children and transfer their pain to them.

Children have great emotional capacity. They always know when something bad is happening, when there is a problem or when someone is suffering.

Children of mothers who feel and behave in such a way are brought up with a feeling that they are “less valuable than others” – that there is something wrong with them and that they will not be able to achieve their goals.

Overwhelming mother

There are many reasons why you may become a suffering mother, but one example is a child’s intellectual and physical disability.

Women who were emotionally abandoned or physically abused in their own childhood, who were forced to sacrifice their youth and dreams to raise a child, who were deceived and hated for years by their husbands or who are afraid of a future separation from their little ones when they become Adults also have reasons to become suffering mothers.

In order not to become a suffering mother, or at least try to avoid it, you can follow the tips below:

  • Never use the words “tender”, “poor little”, “failure”, “incapable” or “abandoned” when referring to your child, especially if it can hear you.
  • Do not feel sorry for him. We can all have shortcomings, miss something, get sick or not reach our goals.
  • Take care of him, but do not be overprotective. The life that awaits is full of countless setbacks that he must deal with, whether he wants to or not. There is no point in worrying about what might never happen. It is better to prepare him and yourself for things that may actually happen.
  • Love him and teach him that love is joy, satisfaction, prosperity, optimism…
  • Be brave in the face of difficulties. Your child deserves the best in life, the best you can give him. Strive for it as a mother. When he makes mistakes, gets sick or scared, he needs you the most. These are the least suitable times to get depressed, turn your back on and “pass” the problem on to someone else in the household.
  • Do not pretend that you will forever be the center of events for him, the one he will have the closest connection to, for fear that tomorrow he will grow up and abandon you. Do not raise him in an environment that makes you seem like the most important person.
Happy mother and baby

Another thing you must not ignore if you do not want to become a suffering mother is to take care of your mental health.

Do not be a slave who postpones all his dreams to a tomorrow that does not come. Do not be the one who pays attention to others 24/7 but never performs personally or professionally, does not leave home except to shop, does not play sports, does not spend time with friends…

The self-sacrificing mother is the one who is most at risk of falling into a deep depression that not only hurts her, but completely disables the rest of the family, who are so dependent on her.

For your child’s and your own sake, be happy, as happy and fulfilled as possible.
